Park Regis by Prince was an exceptional hotel to stay in. Staff were extremely helpful. Facilities were clean and covered all needs. Staff allowed for freshening up pre-room being available and also post checking out. They stored luggage and allowed access to the pools for late departures. Location was great with a lot of shopping and entertainment very close by. Breakfast was excellent. Overall, I couldnt fault anything in relation to this stay.

Hotel is in a great location, close to SMRT and Clarke Quay. We booked a pool access room which was nice however, the room was tiny. There was no where to put your luggage or clothing. Otherwise, it was fine. Room fridge did not keep items cold … Room also had a safe and offered robes and slippers.

Good location in Clark Quaye area. Friendly staff who were helpful answering questions about local things and informed us about Singapore Airlines’ early check in available in Terminal 3. Rooms are small but very clean. Very comfortable beds. I would stay here again

An outstanding stay!!! genuinely one of the friendliest hotels we’ve experienced We stayed at Park Regis for the Singapore Grand Prix and the experience exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, Angel and the check-in team went out of their way to get us into our room before official check-in, a small gesture that made a huge difference after a long overnight flight, and one we genuinely appreciated. That same warmth ran through the entire team, the cleaning were so upbeat, friendly staff kept our room spotless throughout our stay, and the concierge were fantastic, always ready with local knowledge and a smile. Every single interaction, from arrival to departure, felt like the staff genuinely wanted to be there and wanted us to have a great stay. The location is brilliant, less than 5 minutes’ walk to Clarke Quay MRT, and Clarke Quay itself right on the doorstep, making it the perfect base for exploring the city and getting to the GP circuit. Having spent part of my career as a Sales & Marketing Director for a global hotel company, I know exactly how hard it is to build a team like this, and Park Regis should be incredibly proud of theirs. Well done and thank you to everyone, especially Angel, for making our special stay so memorable. 😊 Room 626! :-)

Edwin at check in was professional and helpful and got me in early. Great location 5 minutes from the river and from Chinatown. Smallish room but clean and comfortable with the best shower pressure in Asia. Amenities-like the washer/dryer and lobby coffee were expensive so be aware. Otherwise solid oasis experience in central Singapore.

This is a really well-kept property: compact but spotlessly clean, and every corner looks like it’s just been freshly renovated. The location is unbeatable — it’s right next to the subway station, a big shopping mall, Chinatown, and Clark Quay, all within easy walking distance. The front desk staff were polite and super efficient during check-in and check-out. But the absolute highlight was the concierge team: they were so warm and genuinely helpful. They made us feel instantly welcome the second we arrived, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Thank you so much for the great stay!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a fantastic stay at Park Regis by Prince Singapore. The location is brilliant — very central and within easy walking distance of Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, Chinatown and plenty of restaurants and bars. Our room was comfortable, modern and spotlessly clean, and all of the hotel facilities were beautifully maintained. The pool area is gorgeous and a great spot to relax and cool off after a day exploring Singapore. Breakfast was excellent, with a fantastic selection and plenty of fresh options to choose from. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention for the flexibility with our departure day. With a late flight home, they offered us a late checkout until 6pm for just $120, which was absolutely perfect for us. It meant we could enjoy our last day in Singapore, come back for a swim and shower, and get ready for our flight without having to rush or spend hours at the airport. A great hotel in an excellent location with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Singapore. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
