We do understand that during high occupancy periods, the fridges might be completely full. To mitigate this, we ensure that our housekeeping team does a weekly sweep of the fridge to ensure that no unlabelled items and/or anything smelling funky is discarded, to make space for other users. Additionally, we do have smaller pantries on each level with mini fridges which guests may use as well. We do recognise this as an area of improvement for us and have definitely taken the feedback on board for upcoming lyf properties as well, thank you so much for highlighting. Also, we do have an ice machine in the social kitchen. Our rooms are purposefully designed to provide our residents with a comfortable stay. Beds on raised platforms allow you to stow away your luggages neatly and we separated the wash basin from the bathroom with the intention that 2 individuals staying in the room will be able to use both areas at the same time. We hear you on the size of the room and this design element is something we will consider going forward. Your meaningful feedback allows us to improve our product offerings and service standards and we thank you for it. We hear you on your feedback with regards to the cleanliness of the common corridors. We're so sorry hear that the items left along the corridors and we will take note of this in the future.
