The staff are always great here! The rooms are basic but it's clean, linens are fresh and excellent quality; for somewhere to sleep and shower it's perfect, get a balcony room if you want to relax at the end of the day while watching the world go by. The location in Little India is spot on, interesting and colourful, and the mrt is only a few stops to Chinatown and Harbourfront. There are two food courts within 25 yards of the hotel with good quality local food locally priced, so a cold beer (during licensing hours) and full stomach for little money are always available. I stay here whenever I visit Singapore.

The hotel is close to several MRT stations and lines, making it easy to explore Singapore’s main attractions. The neighborhood is lively, colorful, and felt safe, with plenty of restaurants and 24-hour convenience stores nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily. Fresh bedding and complimentary tea and coffee were provided. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had good hot water. The room itself was a little worn, with some chipped furniture and noticeably aged door frames. The open shower and toilet layout was not the most practical, as the floor stayed wet for quite a while after showering. There were also quite a few cockroaches or similar insects in the room. This was certainly not ideal, although it did not overshadow the positive aspects of the stay. Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location, friendly service, basic comforts, and reasonable prices. With better room maintenance and improved pest control, it would be an even better choice for budget-conscious travellers.

Very basic condition ( you get what you paid for)toilet and shower in poor conditions. Room is make up as requested but floor is not swept or cleaned. Only make the bed and fresh towels are supplied. Close to MRTs and food court or restaurants are pros.

Terrible stay at this hotel. Very tiny room, not very clean, very bad smell in the bathroom, smells like mold. There are inappropriate people visiting and making inappropriate noises in this hotel all the time. Area is very good, close to many good restaurants.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Bathroom in each room was old, moldy and hairs from previous occupancies were found everywhere near the drain. Check out was quick but checking in was not a smooth process. For this 1 or 2 stars hotels, we got what we paid for as we didn't expect any higher standard.
