Hotel does what it's supposed to for a night's stay It is very conveniently located and linked to Terminal 2, perfect for anyone with a connection. Will stay here again for a future connection through London.

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 by IHG
The designer of the bathroom should be fired! The bathroom counter is small, then the designer chose to install a massive sink that takes up 90% of the counter top area. This leaves no room for any tiolteries at all. Very frustrating.

We had difficulty obtaining the check in information. This was through Vrbo so you are given the code to a lock box with the keys to the building and your room. We stood in the rain for about 30 minutes trying to get the information. The room itself was good. There was a nice bed and a huge closet. ...
