"Hot tub was not functional on arrival and pool appeared cloudy - Not maintained well. Appearance of outside of hotel shows structural damage that has not been addressed. This is the very first property that I have encountered bed bugs. This will be the absolute last time I stay at this property. Don't waste your money."

"The staff need bellboys and also an elevator. It’s difficult carrying heavy luggage plus kids up and dow the stairs. The pool is much smaller than advertised and the hot tub smelled funny. "

"The hotel does not have good sound proofing. You can hear everything beside, and below you (2nd floor room). Unfortunately there were many noisy guests which the hotel needs to try to manage. Not their fault but makes it difficult to enjoy a quiet stay. "
