The staff is excellent, especially the doormen like Dino. Phillipe Staark renovations are ancient, 2007 renovations are also old. This was a lounge bar scene at one point, now the bar doesn’t even open. Elevators or 2 were not functioning sometimes. King room and bathroom are spacious, location is great. But new ownership and a fresh renovation is due.

Room was moderately clean, staff was incredibly short and unhelpful with an attitude most of the time. Breakfast was very crowded and full but with a large spread. Fairly central to most things.
