The 2 things that really bug me is that they don’t tell you (or remind me in my case) that you have to ask for housekeeping. So you go up to your room then have to go back down for coffee, cups, bar soap, towels, etc. And the water/snacks they have are absolutely outrageously expensive with absolutely no prices listed anywhere so when you see the room charge you’ll be upset or if you ask first, you’ll feel ridiculous putting it back."
