"Excellent location with beautiful views and excellent access to Simpson Bay activities. The staff were all friendly and helpful.The restaurants were poor. The amenities were landing. The basics like you would expect like water in the room was not there. There were no ice machines on the floor. The 4pm and 10 am check out is robbery."

"The front desk staff were very welcoming and accomodating, especially Latoya. The room was very clean, thanks to Joyce the cleaning lady. The water pressure was very low and the room we had was in the front, so all the noise from the traffic and delivery and service trucks were heard leading us to purchase ear plugs."

"We loved everything about our stay at Simpson Bay Resort. The beaches were spectacular. The buffet breakfast was amazing!! We really enjoyed all the restaurants and the awesome Pelican Deli grocery store!! The Red Piano was a great place to enjoy live music and drinks. We will definitely be back!!!!"

"Had a great stay for a family of four. We had a 3 bedroom with a balcony ocean view. Our room was clean and loved that it had a washer and dryer. It would have been nice to have housekeeping daily, we did receive it one time due to the length of our stay. Parking was great. The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and nightlife. We ordered poolside the food and drinks were good especially the pizza. Staff was friendly. We loved it and hope to return soon."
