Nice Hotel but No Breakfast!

Clean rooms with basic facilities but very dissapointed with breakfast. The rate was inclusive of breakfast but there was nothing except for margerine, kaya & jam in very small quantities & 3 in 1 coffee! No bread! We had to wait almost half an hour for bread which was only 2 loafs of Mighty Mouse bread for all quests! Very dissapointing! Should not state that breakfast is provided. Should improve on this, otherwise it is a & comfortable hotel.
