This hotel was so gross! Like 1960s Vegas hotel that they forgot to tear down gross. Everything smelled like cigarettes, including our "No Smoking" room. All night there were sketchy people everywhere shouting obscenities, including in the hallways outside our room. No toiletries of ANY type in the room, no room cleaning, nothing. The fridge was unplugged so that wasn't even cold for the first day we were there. Oh, and there's a daily "parking fee" because why not. Maybe this was a joke, but housekeeping left a "tip envelope" on our bed, after all that.

This property is in dire need of a renovation it is old, you can hear everything (and I mean everything). Hot water did not work in sink, they give you soda and shower cap only, the tv looked older then me, the decor is outdated, had to go back down after checking in as room key did not work the only positive is that it was close to my destination and they raised the rate for holiday weekend which added salt to the wound

The first room we received at check-in, the recliner was broken and the room had an odor. In the second room the recliner was dirty. The hotel is outdated as opposed to what is advertised. Mattress gave us terrible back pain. My allergy affected my entire trip from the dust in the room and carpet.

Everyone there was determined to give us a nice day. The only drawback about the hotel is that it’s quite old and probably in need of a facelift, but it was clean and the room was spacious and well appointed. We would stay there again. Close to Simi Valley Hospital.

The property is clean. The staff is friendly. It is an older hotel, but has been updated. There are 2 restaurants on site, but they are pricey. Microwaves and mini fridges are profvided in the rooms, as well as the standard mini coffee maker. Beds and pillows are comfortable enough. The climate control unit works well, but the clock in our room did not work. The power strip for the mini fridge ensured enough outlets for charging devices.

We had a quick stay at this hotel we really there for less than 12 hours. But it was convenient and it was the cheapest one in the area for where we needed to be. The room had a mild slight odor and maybe that's because it's old or maybe they are covering up something. I don't know but it wasn't too bad for what we needed

Hotel room was good. Halls walking to the room had a strong scent of marijuana. Everything else was fine. Room was clean and did not smell. Room was convenient. Beds were comfortable, yet small… wish they were at least queen size… Bedding needed thicker blankets or comforters. We were out of shampoo and conditioner on the shower wall. TV was flatscreen, but tiny for the room. Out of all the hotels in the area, this one was only $10 more per night than Motel 6 and worth the upgrade in price. Though we did not eat at the restaurants, there were options, and a nice bar with a band playing if we chose to attend. Need reservations in advance, but Sushi Tanaka in Simi was amazing!!!!

The hot tub was not working. Big disappointment. But this hotel is still the one I prefer to stay at. Nice view of the valley too, if you get a room in the front.
