"The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate."

"Pool and hot tub were broke I paid $200 for one night without access to the pool or bar area that has pool table none of this was compensated either. I think they should have gave us a partial refund. We came for the pool and they didn’t have one or offer any type of discount or refund. Sad because I went 5 years ago and it was much better."
