"The staff was very courteous and very helpful as an American, who did not understand Portuguese. The staff went out of their way to give me directions and guide me. Also, the breakfast in the morning was over the top homemade goodies along with custom eggs, your choice of meats. I also met the owners of the property who took pride in their establishment, which made me feel very comfortable. I look forward to going back."

"The accommodations were great and exactly what I was looking for during my family’s vacation. A little town that wasn’t a tourist trap and had all the accommodations we needed. There were multiple cafes close by and we were only 15 minutes to a beach. The pool was refreshing and needed as we visited during an early heat wave. We ended up extending our stay for 3 extra days with no problem. Local restaurants were also amazing. My only complaint was parking was a pain. We will definitely be going back!"

"Booked a 3 day stay with Kirsten Arrived 10pm, no problems room was lovely, clean and welcoming. Met Kirsten and Tobias at breakfast. Fantastic hosts. Breakfast was delicious. Fruit, muesli, cheese, ham, and eggs any way you want them😍 Thursdays evening meal excellent would recommend 👍 Booked wine tour through Kirsten 🍷🍷🍷very nice Had a couple of days by the pool totally chilled. We loved our time at Quinta da Luz Would recommend a visit Thank you Kirsten and Tobias"
