But why pay that much for the insulting engagements from a very unprofessional staff, and all whom lack professionalism, as accustomed. "It was cold. They didn’t turn the heat on until 4:00 p.m. I never use extra blankets. This time I used 2. The hot tub was fine, but the air was cold as they did not close the outside part.
