"The room was clean and the staff welcoming. Our third room overlooked a parking lot and restaurant. There is a lot to do in this area. One issue: the rooms aren’t very sound proofed. We could hear children crying and running overhead and falling and screaming (as well as a loud parent stomping) for over 5 hours up until 10 pm until a manager got involved and then the noise abated. "

"No one was at front desk for check in for at least 10 minutes. When she finally arrived you could tell she didnt want to be there. Gave me my key card told me i was on the first floor but didnt tell me what room. Room was comfortable. Carbon dioxide detector started beeping at 4 am. : ("

"I had to have my room changed as I was placed in a room next to the elevator that had a broken phone and therefore was continuously beeping."
