The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. This by far the least impressive of all the locations I’ve stayed at. Rooms were not properly cleaned, staff was short and mild tempered. I will say the house keeping staff was extremely nice and approachable. Definitely expected more from the Embassy.

We got there past the check in time but it was easy to check in and get in with the digital key. Room was great and very clean. Everything is new. Beds and pillows were very comfy. I would recommend that you get the actual key card from the office though; the digital key is great but not super reliable ...
