Clean and updates room

Convenient for getting to the Canada Farm Show. Parking is its only downfall. Not staffs fault but more so on the planning before it was built.

Friendly staff and good food. The pool room could use a little fresh paint here and there, but the hot tub was nice and hot and the waterslide was fun: try going head first like Superman!

The room was ok. The mirror was smudgy so I cleaned it myself. I am only a "Blue" Hilton Rewards member so I would have had to pay $

Stayed on a Saturday night and it was full. The pool area is dark and was packed solid with people. the pool also looked gross so we didnt even go in. we checked in throughout the evening but there was no good time, too crowded and loud. one of hot tubs was not in service, the other had a sign that said closed but yet was full of people. We got some of the updated rooms which were beautiful so that made the stay more enjoyable. if we knew the pool would of been like that would not have booked there, pool photos on website are not realistic. maybe if you stayed a couple nights during the weekdays and swam in the day it would be better. Easter hunt was entertaining for the kids and they got a small item when finished. Ladies in the breakfast room were amazing and breakfast was good. I prefer waffles over pancakes myself though.
