Very good location, about a 12 minute walk to the Zurich train station, My room was small but very nicely furnished. It had electrical outlets for US, UK and other countries in addition to Europe. There was a shelf in the shower that was loose, and I mentioned it to the staff but it didn't get fixed while i was there.

We returned for our second stay because we love everything about this hotel! It is ideally located near Lake Zurich, the Old Town, and the railway station. The complimentary breakfast is fantastic and convenient for families with young children. Above all, the front desk team is incredible—huge thanks to Ksenia for always being so welcoming and helpful!

"Charming location in a lovely town within walking distance to extensive trails for easy hikes around two lakes. The hotel provided us with an Ober Engadin pass which made bus rides to St Moritz and part of the train ride to Sils Maria, free. The restaurant in the hotel is Italian and very good."
