"The property was under a “refresh” so there was work being done while we were there. However, that’s really not an excuse to have to breakfast so poorly staffed. The hotel was fully booked and there was nothing me poor lady cooking breakfast in an electric skillet. They ran out of everything early. It was like they had no idea we would all be there. "
