"Excellent or very good in all areas except food which was good. Grounds and room are clean, staff are friendly and helpful, great access to the beach and boardwalk shops, but the food is typical of any all inclusive... So so. Always decent options, but not Spanish restaurant quality. We had a car for the week and went to different beaches and had lunch at great little spots. Not enough to take away a star, beautiful island and place."

"The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to

tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great. "
