"2/5. You get what you pay for, but l've stayed in better for less, and worse for more, which is the only reason it's not a 1. Not the quietest, not the cleanest. Walls so thin someone walking barefoot in a neighbouring room sounded like they were in the room with us. My feet went black walking around the room, the bedding had an uncomfortable feeling of being unclean, the bathroom was smelly and had a hole in the wall/missing panel. The room smelt of petrol! "Great heritage hotel well laid out set in a tea garden estate. Service and staff were excellent and the food was very good. Only 30 mins from the airport. "

"The Loft is a well priced hotel that has large rooms, clean bathrooms, hot water, good electricity and well placed on the Eastern side of Siliguri. The staff is friendly, the resturant has a good menue. For the money it is a good place to stay."
