"Beautiful property but not an airport property. No shuttle service even though it was advertised as we were to take a fixed fee taxi which the hotel staff did work on our behalf to lower the high costs for the taxi. This is a convention hotel and should be advertised as one. Little or no English spoken though previous feedback stated there was. No front desk people nor procedures for telephone and door codes available. It proved awkward for us."
