"First:
Extra friendly and helpful staff! Good location near seaside restaurants and shopping malls. Good breakfast.
But
1. Safety box didn't work before and after repairing
2. You had to tell reseption if you wanted to go to swimming pool, because it was locked. Waiting every day somebody to come and open the door.
3. We got somebody elses laundry and some of ours were missing. Found later.
4. The elevator didn't work properly. It left us too high and we had to jump out. Out of order in last...

"We enjoyed staying at this hotel. We got a room on 9th floor with a fantastic mountain view. It’s big room enough for a couple. There is no hairdryer in the room.
The location is very quiet as we expected. Hotel is very clean. The staffs are very friendly. Amazing breakfast with many options.
Room service was great.
