Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
FRAUD and UNSCRUPULOUS HOTEL
The hotel did not honour my booking through hotels.com (on the pretext that they were not getting paid by their branding partner Oyo). They asked me to pay AGAIN for the room.
