This delay suggested that rooms were available, but the hotel may have been attempting to resell them at higher rates due to seasonal demand. B. Quality of Service - Bathroom taps malfunctioned. - No curtain on the bathtub, causing water spillage and safety risks. - Basic amenities (like a tumbler) were missing and had to be requested. C.
