"Was fine. Room was pretty clean but clearly dated. Staff was awesome! "

"While the hotel was older, it was clean. Employees were friendly. Our biggest concern was that there was no elevator. Fortunately, they were able to switch our rooms to the ground floor, as we had a number of heavier luggage pieces. Not sure what they do for handicap people, if they didn’t have any ground floor rooms available."

"Clean, quiet and comfortable, the hotel is very historic and unique. The host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The check in procedures were different and a little unusual but easy to follow. This may be a new efficient and very secure method for a boutique hotel such as this. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again while in Bisbee, Az. If I had one suggestion it might be that, Although space is limited a more comfortable chair in the room would be a nice upgrade."
