"This was an unusual place to stay overnight on our way further South in Spain. The location was accurately given by both Google Maps and Waze. We were a bit nervous about the entry process using links on our phones but it was all very easy in practice. Just be sure to have mobile signal & power in your battery. Top Sierra Magina Hotel Reviews

Parador de Jaén

Parador de Jaén

8/10 Good
"Beautiful view and quiet location. Dinner in the restaurant was amazing. The meal and service were great. There is no coffee in the room and only choice for breakfast was the buffet. All I wanted was a coffee. I waited 20 minutes after the waiter said he would be back in 5 to serve me. I walked up to the dining room and he was busy setting tables. There didn’t seem to be enough staff to serve people. I gave up , checked out and left. I would have expected better service and other options than just an expensive buffet breakfast."
