My husband and I arrived early for check in to be greeted by a very friendly gentleman on reception. Although our room was not quite ready we only had a 25 minute wait. We booked a sea view room with balcony which was located on the 3rd floor. Our room was quiet small but more than big enough for 2 people. But the Balcony view was absolutely amazing. The room was lovely with neutral coloured furniture and was very clean. There was a fridge with drinks which could be purchased at a reasonable...

Fantastic hotel clean, food was amazing, staff all lovely, will definitely revisit

Great breakfast. Lovely power shower. Comfortable room. Staff very friendly and helpful

The heated outside pool. The location of the hotel.

Hotel was beautiful, room clean and very comfortable, staff were great. Everything close by. Couldn’t have asked for anymore. Great stay would come again and definitely recommend

The hotel was very close to the beach and Old Town and is in a relatively quiet area of the resort. The staff were excellent and very efficient. The range of food meant you could have variety throughout the week. We went for the Select option which meant we had access to a room offering branded alcohol, newspapers and a private small terrace - would strongly advise people go for this option. The jewel in the crown is the spa - went there twice and it's a real treat. Would stay here again...

Very comfortable hotel, good food and plenty of variety. The staff in the restraunt are attentive and cleared the table quickly. The rooms were cleaned daily and the ladies cleaning the rooms were very nice. We had a room with a sea view balcony and mini bar which allowed us to sit late in the evening with a cold drink and enjoy the view. Good facilities if you wish to use them and plenty of comfortable seatingnot only in the hotel but also in the outdoor bar area. I would return to this...

Great staff, great food, very clean and in a lovely location. Couldn't fault the hotel at all. We will definitely be coming back.

OUR FOURTH VISIT TO THIS HOTEL AND JUST AS IMPRESSED THIS TIME. WE BOOKED A SEA VIEW ROOM BUT WERE PLACED ON THE SECOND FLOOR, WHICH, WHILST HAVING A SEA VIEW, OVERLOOKS THE ROOF OF THE BAR. A REQUEST TO MOVE TO A HIGHER FLOOR WAS MET WITH A SMILE AND AN IMMEDIATE MOVE TO THE FIFTH FLOOR - PROBABLY THE BEST VIEW IN THE HOTEL. STAFF ARE EXCELLENT, GREET YOU WITH A SMILE EVERY TIME THEY SEE YOU AND MEET ALL REQUESTS WITH AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE. FOOD IS VERY GOOD AND VERY VARIED, AND PRICES IN...

Me and my partner was well looked after by friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Made us feel like old friends to them. Food was amazing rooms were spotless. Defo coming back

What a charming, and perfectly located hotel. Shower was good and powerful. Room was sizeable and airy with good bed comfort. In the heart of the old town which is so charming. Would definitely recommend

Lovely rooms, comfy beds and quiet air con 😎

Located ideally for all shops, restaurants and beach, fantastic choice of meals in restaurant. Half board allowed us to choose lunch or evening meal, room was good size being cleaned and checked each day if wanted. Honestly deserves it's 4 stars and would definitely recommend it.

We (2 People) stayed at this hotel early November and it was a very good experience mainly because the staff put in such a lot of hard work to achieve this so Thankyou to all of them. The food and service in the restaurant is second to none i have experienced for the price paid, and the cozy downstairs bar has entertainment nightly, some of the acts are a bit hit and miss but if you are lucky enough to catch lizzie G (tribute to various artists) she's a real gem and the bar prices are...

our second stay at hotel. Another brilliant experience.

Excellent

My family and I travel a lot and mostly to 5 star hotels . this hotel had so many positive despite us visiting out of season April 15-22 2016 . they staff were very friendly and helpful and seemed to understand our English but not perfect in Translation but what they failed in translation they made up in effort . The facilities i.e. pool stunning and beautiful views of the sea and well managed gardens . they have 3 out door pools to chose from and the bottom pool was perfect for my 2& 9 year...

The first room was two single beds so the receptionist changed our room to a double bed. The day after my birthday we had complementary champagne and chocolate. Which was a very nice surprise.we requested a kettle and tea/ coffee which were given to us within the hour of asking. Staff were all very polite helpful and nothing you asked them was a problem to do.
