"I gave this property 10 out of 10. If I could give it more, I would, because it deserves it and it was one of the nicest places I have stayed while walking the Camino de la Plata. Ceser could not have been more kind or helpful. He even offered to come and collect me because I was lost and had walked approx 4km past Grimaldo by mistake. The location is great (right on the Camino de la Plata - despite me gettong lost). The room was warm, clean and very comfortable and simple but beautifully decorated. Would highly recommend. "Stayed mainly to break up our journey from the Portuguese coast to the Mediterranean coast, but we were very pleased we stayed in the old town and at this hotel. They were both excellent. Beautifully appointed hotel, spacious bedroom and bathroom with lots of character. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely breakfast in a beautiful dining room, unfortunately the restaurant was temporarily closed but we were able to find one within walking distance."
