"Pool awesome, great suite for family with two teenagers. Loved that we had 2 balconies and harbour view is a must. A couple of house keeping issues when we arrived but I asked for help and the responded right away: Beds were super hard and not hard as in a brand new mattress way: "

"Breakfast and Dinner selections and quality of food were top notch. I had a great room, quiet and great view. Staff were all very friendly even those that were clearly busy. I love using pools/hot/tubs/saunas and they were excellent. Really no complaints."

"Breakfast was disappointing. Delivered the night before to room: A wrapped muffin, piece of cheese, mandarin, and yogurt. Juice and cereal available downstairs. Pre-Covid was a fabulous three course hot gourmet breakfast. Time saving and cost cutting seems to be the order of the day. Such a shame. "

"If you’re looking for a nice hotel in downtown Victoria, this is the place to stay. Newly renovated rooms super comfortable bed Nespresso machine a fridge. The staff are a fantastic and most have been there for 10+ years. The gym has everything you need while away. The pool was fun, but did have a very strong chlorine smell. We loved the happy hour pricing at the bar every day and the restaurant is great too."
