The property was dirty and smelled of smoke inside. Sheets smelt like a combination of bleach and smoke. They did not serve breakfast and only very small cups for coffee. Limited selection of items to buy on hand. Staff was pleasant. Checking in took quite a bit of time due to technical errors on their end. Overall the property felt dirty, old/outdated and unsafe.

Stayed here for one night on a road trip and was pleasantly surprised! Amazing price for a very good room! Room and hotel were clean and had all that was needed. Free parking. Rooms and hotel were a bit dated but for the price, it’s unbeatable. Would stay here again!

Basic Comfort/Cheap Price
Old property in poor condition. Bed was comfortable. A/C was cold. Shower/toilet area was so small it was difficult to navigate the space. Bathroom door was coming apart. Staff seemed to not want to interact. No eye contact. Might stay here again for the cheap price and basic comfort.

Phillip. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I apologize for the bathroom door. We are investigating this and will have maintenance repair it. If you give us another chance in the future, I would be happy to upgrade you to a larger, updated room.
The staf was fine. The facility is just ran down and rooms need updated.
We had no water pressure and barely lukewarm water for showers. No maintenance or made service on the weekends.
All we require is a clean room and nice shower. We will spend a little more money next time for this and in which will also include breakfast.

Jamie, You are correct, we do not have housekeeping available on the weekends, but if you needed anything at all during your stay, the desk can assist. We apologize for the issues with the shower.

I inadvertently booked the wrong day. I called the hotel immediately, no luck. They said sorry, get in contact with orbitz. I tried orbitz, but they were really worthless. I was quite disappointed with orbitz in this instance!!

Hi Shane. I am sorry your stay was only 4/10. Please call me to discuss.
When I made my reservation I asked that the couch/bed be made up. Upon arrival there were no blankets or sheets for the extra bed. I called down and asked for them. Instead of bringing them to my room I had to go all the way to the front desk and get them myself with my small grandson. Tub was filthy, Ana there was a smushed fly on the curtain and window. No breakfast or any amenities. Will not stay here again.
