"The food sucks but everything else is great"

"I’d like to begin by thanking the restaurant staff and especially Murad, who was always really friendly and took extra care to make sure we were looked after. We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel, with lots of activities and facilities to stay entertained. The bed and the bedding needs improvement though. The pillows and mattresses were not comfortable- and the sheets very corse. Overall a good experience "

Buffet was good and had a lot of variety. My only thing to mention is the rooms with adjoining doors can leak a lot of sound. I asked to be moved and the front desk easily helped me out and put me in a quieter spot without issue."

"I booked this property based on the pictures attached on expedia, once i checked in and enter my room i found the room completely different it is not the same pictures on expedia, i complained at the reception about it and they said all our rooms are the same one you have, i showed them the pictures on expedia and they were surprised and told me that they will check with the owner, but nothing happened. This is a fraud, and don't book this hotel."
