"The staff were fantastic. Anwar, Ali and the rest really went out of their way for us. The breakfast is great (you can have it on the terrace). One of the staircases is a bit steep, but take the other staircase and you'll be fine. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. Riad Braya is very accessible too - just tell your taxi to go to the Dar Batha Museum roundabout (that has Fes Heritage Boutique on it, as is fontaine batha) and follow the alleyway in which Cinema Cafe is in. "It was supposed to be five star but it seems that they are about to sell or have been sold to another company as not much happening in this hotel. The room is old and dated there are coffee cups there but no kettle nor tea bags. The sitting area in the room has lots of brown stains. Bathroom was nice.

"We had a great visit. We stayed for a few nights. The hotel is technically two joined buildings. One side has a swimming

that is great to use on a hot day. There is an extensive roof deck with good views of Fes and comfortable seating. The restaurant is good - we sometimes at breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Also, the staff really went out of their way to help us. We used the spa and it was a highlight too. "
