"Schrecklich! Ein totes Resort ohne Gäste und von der Zeit stark verlebt. Das Zimmer stank, das Bad war eine totale Katastrophe - dreckig und nichts funktionierte. Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!"...

These 2 men work insanely hard and it shows how much they care about the guests. I cannot recommend this hotel more. It was brand new and absolutely stunning! A must stay.
