"My experience with the hotel has been nothing but a hassle. Needed a room for a night due to power outages on our side of town. I was double charged, once on Expedia then again at check in at the front counter. Getting a refund figured out is about as simple as keeping cake away from a fat kid. The wait on the staff is absolutely crazy, not once was anyone at the front desk. You have to ring a doorbell and wait for the live in staff to walk half way across the property. After freezing outside waiting to be helped, you get to wait until morning before your room is warm. Could damn near see our breathes when we walked into our room"

"Hotel is pretty old and worn down, but everything was clean. The ice machine didn't work and the "gym" are 3 machines to walk and row, no weight type machines. I had walked all day & wanted some weight resistance, so I passed on the gym. I would have given it a little higher marks but the bed was pretty bad. It was clean but I could feel the springs against my body. If they just added a memory foam top it would be great because the mattress itself is still firm. The staff was nice, polite, and I needed an iron and he sent it up to my room quickly. Aside from the bed issue, which could have been just this room, I wouldn't mind staying there for another quick overnight through town if needed. "

"I would have given a higher rating but the bathroom in my room was not cleaned good. The tub was not clean and the shower curtain had dirt spots or mold on it. It needed to be washed or replaced. The floor also needed to be swept. Other than he bathroom everything else was clean. The room was clean and updated. It looked like everything was new. I have stayed at this hotel several times and I’m glad they have made improvements and made it no smoking because it use to smell like a dirty ashtray although it was still clean in the inside, now it smells clean."

"The room was clean. The customer service was excellent. I witnessed the staff give two men a ride to where they needed to go because Lyft was going to charge to much. Breakfast could have been better. They offered waffles, cereal, toast . Only complaint was, I ask for a handicap room, had I known the room entrance was on the outside the hotel with parking in front of the room, I would have picked a different room or hotel. The train near by ran all night. "
