Friendly staff. Clean room. Delicious turkish food. Been there October 22 - 30, 2016. Paid cheap and never regret booking at Vera Stone Palace ( all-inclusive). 20 mins ride to Side by "Dolmuş" and 1 hour travel to Antalya city center by bus.

Not a five star hotel. Poor food and drinks.

Whilst the room and pool were acceptable the food and drinks in this hotel were terrible. Staff do not care and provide no level of service. Drinks machines are filthy and beers is served in warm glasses. Appalling and shouldn't be a five star hotel.

Skønt hotel med dejligt personale

Vi ankom kl 05,30 om morgen og der var selvfølgelig ikke værelse klart men der blev hurtigt rengjort et værelse. I mellemtiden blev vi vist ned i Nederste etage hvor der var billiardbord og nogle store sofaer så vi kunne slappe af. Vi fik straks vores armbånd så vi kunne få morgenmad og kl 10 var værelset klar og så blev vi endda opgraderet fordi vi ventede fra et dbværelse til et familierum med 2 værelser. Alt på hotellet var super lige fra rengøring af værelser og fællesområder. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og maden var vildt lækker. Vi tager afsted igen til foråret og det bliver på samme hotel

Visually pleasing. The rest, average.

Pool area, bars & resteraunts are asthetically pleasing. Unfortunately there is a lack of information on the food. The food isn't what I would class and 5 or even 4 star quality. The rooms looked good but very small - Air conditioning might as well be non-exsistent. When I brought this up with reception they said they would look in to to - They never did. I brought it up with them again & mentioned that even if they have a fan we could use, that would safice. They said that they would bring one up to the room, they never did. Had problem with the safe in the room, again never showed up when they said they would. The 'free' alcohol included is majorly watered down. Doesn't take anything like the real thing. Also, only the very basic available 'free'. All cocktails or anything other than beer, vodka or wine is subject to surcharge. Positives is food available almost 24/7, so if ever you're hungry, there's always something to get. Place looks good & very close to a fantastic private beach. Having said all of this, it was almost the cheapest option we could find on a last minute deal, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Everything you need in hotel. Close to beach.

Went for a week with my family. Lovely hotel with very friendly staff, sometimes hard to communicate as they mainly speak German but still very helpful. Food and drink was nice and a lot to do during the day. Would recommend the Turkish bath.

Schöne Anlage mit gutem Service

Wir waren Anfang Oktober in der Nachsaison im "Mädelsurlaub" hier. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sauber und hat modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Essen möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl, sogar ein kleines Diät-buffet(welches wir allerdings nie nutzten).Alles ist wunderschön arangiert und hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt.Der Service in der Anlage ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.Am Empfang spricht man deutsch und auch die Animation ist in türkisch ,englisch,russisch und deutsch.Uns hat das Programm was tagsüber angeboten wird gefallen. Die Animateure waren nie aufdringlich und haben uns entscheiden lassen, was wir mitmachen wollten.Wir Mädels waren vom Clubtanz begeistert.Der Strand ist nicht weit und hat auch ein hübsches Restaurant.Allerdings hat uns die Überdachung gestört.Man liegt im Schatten (außer in der vorderen Reihe).Wir waren meist am großzügigen Pool.Es hat einen extra Relaxpool. Dort ist nur für Erwachsene das baden erlaubt(ab 16).Wir fanden es gut da wir ohne Kinder da waren. Für Familien mit Kindern ist auch ein sehr großer Pool mit Liegen und Rutschen vorhanden. Der Kinderspielplatz ist sehr schön und groß mit einem tollen Karussell. Einzigster Negativpunkt unserer Reise.Die Klimaanlage war ausgestellt.Bei über zwanzig Grad nachts eine Zumutung.Nachts das Fenster offen lassen ging auch nicht da wir ganz unter wohnten. Ansonsten ein toller Urlaub.Wir fahren allerdings auch zum erholen und nicht zum meckern wie einige andere Urlauber

Hôtel bien mais sans plus

Partis en famille pour une semaine de vacances dans cet Hôtel, il ne s'agit pas d'un vrai palace ni d'un vrai 5 étoiles comme affiché. L'ambiance est sympa, le personnel est très bien et chaleureux mais ne parle pas du tout française. L'hôtel est plutôt fait pour une clientèle allemande voir Russe. La nourriture est très bien.
