"The hotel would have been magnificent in its day; however is now due a little TLC, especially in communal areas, as looking a bit tired. Staff however were exceptional (and pool is one of the best at any hotel I have ever stayed)."

"Not yet at the level of a 5 star hotel. Many things could be improved: reception, rooms, service. The rooms are in particular quite small and more like a 3 star hotel.
