The hotel is old, but mostly clean. The staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was not good, we didn’t even bother going the second day. Called to reception a couple of times to request an iron, a fan etc. All were promptly delivered to our room by the lovely service staff. For the price it’s fine, not fancy but ok for a couple of nights. You can’t beat the location.

The location was perfect and it’s great that they include breakfast. The lobby is also stunning when you walk in. We were super excited for the pool, BUT it was a let down. It was far from clean and super outdated. The rooms were outdated too. Our shower head was broken and we told them immediately. They told us they would send someone to fix it, but they never did. We followed up with them three more times, but no one arrived to fix the shower head. We did have a fan, but it stayed hot. Overall the pay was just for the location. AND about parking. They have very few spots reserved. We had to pay to park on the street, but it was only 10 lei per day.

We only stayed one night and as much as I want to say that I would have loved to stay longer - I can't. The hotels location is bang on in the middle of the city center and they even have a small spa area which is a little dated but other than that quite nice. Our room however was not onlydatesd but the toilet leaked and there was toilet water on the bathroom floor. The beds were squeaky and I could feel every single spring of the mattress. There was air-conditioning but it was super noisy so we couldn't leave it on at night. The walls seemed paper thin and insulation in general could be better. I hope that the hotel will put in some investment to upgrade the rooms and I'd gladly be staying again as I liked the ambience and style of the hotel.

The hotel is centrally located, close to Piata Mare where multiple events occur every day. The tub was clogged, complained at reception, was told later it was fixed, condition of the tub remained the same.. The door was so tight in the frame it was making a horrendous noise every time you opened the door. The bedroom was upstairs but some stairs are squeaky even though they are carpeted.

Right at the heart of the city, meters from the grand square. Superb restaurant, diverse and affluent breakfast. Sauna very helpful after a long busy day, especially when cool outside.

Very disappointing. Needs serious updating work: bathroom door was badly creaking, bathroom itself was extremely cramped with most of the space occupied by an oversized bathtub - so tall that getting in and out was quite unsafe; floor mat in bathroom had holes in it (we asked staff to get it replaced and they did), no tissue paper was provided; there were multiple small closets but only 5 hangers for two people

Great location but no air conditioning
The location was perfect but your site stated it had air conditioning in the rooms but didn't and when it's 33C and you don't have a fan it's quote uncomfortable. There may be air con in some rooms but not ours. Also the refrigerator didn't work which resulted in the pizza going bad. We did mention this to the front desk but thought it was due to the key card as they depend on having this in for electricity.

It’s a great hotel. Parking is a plus and it’s good. I wish they had AC in the room cause it was HOT. Staff is super nice and helpful. Overall it’s central and fancy. Will get back there (will ask for AC)

Pretty great place. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Great location. Only complaint is the bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser is in a dangerous spot. I almost cut myself on it when I sat down on the toilet.

This property notes that it has air conditioning and it does NOT. The room felt like a sauna after we showered because there's no air circulation of any kind. The deluxe suite is also not as pictured. It is smaller than the pictures show. You would be better off just getting the standard room. The water was also piling in the bathtub. They need to clean out the drains. Otherwise, the rooms are fine.

Great Location, Decent Value
Hotel situated right in the heart of old town Sibiu. It was fine by any normal standards and quite affordable considering the excellent location. Parking area was difficult to find, but that's a pretty minor issue. All in all a very fine stay in a beautiful town.

絶好のロケーション！
クリスマスマーケットにとても近く、絶好のロケーションでした！由緒ある建物ですので、設備が古いのは仕方がないのかなと思います。お部屋に電気ポットがあると良かったのですが…。朝食はとてもおいしくいただきました。ありがとうございました。

Das Hotel ist im Centrum von Hermannstadt gelegen also man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeit schnell erreichen. Die Zimmer und auch der Rest ist auf einem historischem Still gehalten (Sehr schön).zimmer sind sauber aber in den 4 Tagen wo wir dort waren war der Zimmerservice nur einmal im Zimmer. Das Bad ist wie der Rest dieser Epoche des römischen Kaiser angepasst. Also ich und meine Frau würden es wieder buchen egal auch mit diesen kleinen Mängeln

Die gesamte Atmosphäre war außergewöhnlich. Die Einrichtung war sehr alt. Möbel knarren und quietschen. Schlösser funktionieren nicht. Badezimmer keine Abluft, kein Duschvorhang. Es wurden nur Handtücher ausgewächselt und Mülleimer geleert, keine Toilette geputzt und das Waschbecken auch nicht. Wurde nicht gesaugt. vier Tage lang. :(( Frühstück war ok. Lage ist super.
