"Staff are incredibly accommodating and helpful. I needed to book an additional night for myself as my partner’s flight is a day earlier than mine, and the staff at the front desk were incredible with assisting me through that process. The rooms itself were spacious and the amenities within the room were comforting as well. (The slippers & pajamas? Oh my god.) laundry seems to be done every morning before 12pm, but if you opt for a do not disturb morning, there’s a button (that flashes red. It is also labelled as DND) near the entrance that will let the housekeeping staff know. "

"This was one of the nicest places that I have ever stayed and for the low price of the room its an unbeatable value. The location is perfect its right by the train station and a Don Quixote plus and endless amount of good restaurants. The room was very clean and high tech, the bed was firm but not too firm like alot of the hotels in japan and the pillows were perfect. The hotel offers so many free amenities and the breakfast buffet is next level. If you are staying in shinjuku I cannot think of a better place than this! "
