"The room was packed with all the amenities needed for a good stay and the yukata was sturdy and of good material. Overall I really enjoyed staying at the hotel as the SPA facilities which included a public bath was larger than expected with both indoors and outdoors pool. The only downside is the noise coming from outside even though we were on floor 21 however the staff provided free earplugs for everyone. Highly recommend this hotel and due to its location in the heart of Shinjuku, it’s hard to beat with the affordable price we paid."

"Clean rooms, very accommodating staff, and the location is quiet and peaceful. One thing that might be a little problem is that there is no AC however the room does have a Dyson fan in the room to help remedy that issue."

"This hotel was amazing and in a great central location. And not to mention right across from the train station. Which was a huge help! My favorite part of my stay was the pajamas they offered. Breakfast is served during a reasonable time and the front door is locked only to guests after hours for ensured safety. Keeping it in my log book for future trips to Japan 👏"

"The AC has only 3 settings and it was so hot even with the coolest setting. The tub is so high it’s difficult to get into. The rooms are so small we could not open our luggage. They also do not clean rooms or change sheets unless you stay over 3 days. The walls are very thin and you can hear what’s going on in other rooms and outside. "
