Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"Booked this overnight for my son who arrived early evening at terminal 3 and had an early domestic flight out of terminal 1.
We both were grateful that the hotel was easy to find within terminal 3 and had access to a free shuttle to take him to terminal 1 the next morning.
The room was well appointed, and he appreciated the amenities. The location made it easy for him to enjoy his welcome egg sandwich from Lawson‘s and a shot of vitamin C and enjoy a much needed noght look at sleep.
The only reason we rated three stars for staff is that he encountered no one. It was a self check-in and checkout process."
"Beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Very attentive to your every need, and always kind and smiling. Loved their professionalism and kindness!! Rooms were clean and they have several great restaurants inside the hotel and surrounding area within walking distance. There is a 24 hour mini market across the street if you need any thing, and a great little bakery right up the street (great egg salad breakfast sandwiches). Just a lovely stay!!"
"First time to stay in APA hotel and I liked it. Clean, the area is close.to the city of Shinjuku. Staffs are very very nice of course it's Japanese trademark. Will stay here again!"
"Love the hotel theme. You can feel the vibe when you enter the hotel. Free suitcase storage. We were able to explore freely after check in time. Friendly staff. We received excellent service when asked about shuttle to airport. Close to train station so it was super convenient for us. Also, super close to Disneyland."
"The shuttle bus to hotel from airport… if you are not familiar at Narita airport.. it might be a little difficult. Bus station #25!
The hotel staff were nice and helpful. Check in was easy. The room was clean but it is a little older style. No USB plug in room.
No microwave in the room. There is a convenience store at 1st floor and gift shop are nice. Breakfast buffet was excellent."
