"Love this hotel! It havr Great Onsen! Family mart right on main floor, very convenient. Staffs speaks good English. Property was very clean and exceptional onsen and amenities. Hotel located 2 min walk from skytrain which is nice, great sound proof so u cant hear skytrain or ppl in hallway. There were 6 elevators so almost no waiting …. This is our 3rd trip and I would come again though the nearest station is the keiyo line (best is stay near yamonote line) but we dont mind transferring from Tokyo station to other areas everysingle times There are only 4-5 restaurants in the area so if you like busy area with lots and lots of food, this one is not for u. We love it though becoz its nice and quiet, great for families!"
