This is a very large hotel with access to a huge shopping area beneath. Staff were friendly, the bar area at reception served a small choice of food which was excellent, even served warm milk with a lovely coffee. The restaurant was also very good, comfortable with good menu choices. Would stay again if in Beijing."

However, receptionist staff need to improve to let guest feel welcoming. Room cleanliness is good too. Thank you all."
