"Very good"

"The hotel is well located close to restaurants etc. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The little extras like afternoon tea and evening soup came in extremely handy."

"Excellent location friendly and good breakfast."

"This is the nicest hotel along this stretch of the coast, it wasn't easy to find in the middle of the night because Google Map tried to lead us down another 50 mins! But once we got there it was fantastic. Sabrina was extremely welcoming and friendly; her English was amazing (really, perfect) and the amenities were great, they've got all the disposable toiletries there if needed for free, breakfast was good, and you can't beat the view, would recommend coming for moon rising (we missed that...

"Room very clean, ocean view."

"Hosts are friendly and gracious. Rooms are big and well furnished. Breakfasts are delicious and stylishly presented. We also enjoyed the parting gifts of fruits grown from their field. "The location of itravel Hostel was pleasant - near main roads, but quiet. Both the room and the common areas were clean and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful in answering questions and providing information and recommendations. This was invaluable for a traveler who doesn't speak Chinese!"

"陽台就能看到大海，早餐超讚"

"This was a nice place to stay, with a very nice complimentary breakfast. Not like the simple continental breakfast we are used to in the United States. Would stay again"

"Great stay "

"The TC Hotel was in a great location convenient to many areas of Hualien. The staff were amazingly helpful with all needs, from restaurant recommendations to spa reservations to just answering any questions. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good safe place to stay."

"Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Most things are kept well; breakfast are good and fresh."

"We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....
