Great hotel in central Shkoder

Loved this place. Very friendly, very modern, great spacious room and perfect location within walking distance of everything in Shkoder - can only highly recommend.

New building but a little outdated taste of deco. Wheelchair accesible entrance was good because I am a handicapped traveler. AC didn’t work well, had to open window so noises. Staff were nice but didn’t pay attention to guests. Albanians all have big heart, had a wonderful time and definitely visit again.

Great place to stay in Albania

This was a very nice hotel to stay at. Great central location, clean rooms, very friendly staff and great breakfast. If I was every going to return to Albania I would definitely go back. The only reason I scored it lower was due to the fact that I paid Hotels.com for the evening and then the hotel said that they hadn't had the money and I had to pay them directly also. I had to pay twice and then claim my money back from Hotels.com. Bit of a hassle this. If i didn't claim it back would hotels.com just keep the money?
