"The hotel was very clean. The staff very polite and easy to work with. Very convenient, it had access to the lobby from the train station. Even the toilets were heated. Liked that you helped your self to you toiletries,coffee etc. had a laundry room."

Awful check in experience, cannot recommend
"Check in was incredibly awful, 40 mins in 35 degree heat outside because the property owner did not send a valid door code. Ended up calling hotels.com who managed to sort but at a cost in phones, patience and valuable holiday time as well as cooking in the heat. Dreadful check in.... cannot recommend ..."
