Bargara is a coastal town in Bundaberg Region. The town lies 384 kilometres north of the state capital Brisbane and just 13 kilometres east of Bundaberg. Bargara is considered to be a satellite town of Bundaberg, with only sugar cane fields separating the two centres. Between 1912 and 1948, a railway connected the two centres. At the 2011 census, Bargara had a population of 6,893.
Lady Elliot Island is located off the coast of Queensland, Australia. A reserve and eco resort, it's a great place to snorkel and see wildlife around the southern Great Barrier Reef. What makes it so special is that it's a hot spot for swimming with manta rays

Thank you for a waterfront room. The staff very friendly and our check-in was quick. Nice to have aircon on when we arrived. Rooms need an upgrade, which I was told was happening soon.
