The room is clean. The staff are prompt to attend to any request. I have a nice room and a good view during my 4 days 3 nights stay at shimla.

Perfect stay amidst the beautiful valley of Shimla
My husband and me were planning for a small vacation to the hills to relax. While looking for good properties to stay, we came across Snow valley. We were impressed by it and booked it and our decision was apt. We had a memorable stay, as the courteous staff made sure that we got everything we wanted. Every staff were helpful and were available at all times. The food was good and they had a good spread at the buffet. If someone is planning with their family to visit Shimla, I would surely recommend to stay at Snow Valley. The place is centrally located and they even arrange for site seeing and cab facilities. Thank you to the entire staff of Snow valley to make our stay beautiful and memorable.

I stayed at the hotel for the first time and had a very pleasant experience. It is 10-15 minutes from the Ridge mall. Excellent choice of food for breakfast and dinner more than 30 dishes in the buffet. The staff was very courteous. And specially Mr Ritesh was great coordination and helped. High hygiene standards. Thank you. Shall be returning for another stay.

Hotel is just on the road. And it is very accessible by your car unlike a few hotels in shimla. Rooms were very nice. I went with my family for 4 days and it was a very pleasant stay. Also their breakfast buffet was very delicious.

One of the better hotels in Shimla
The hotel was clean and comfortable. A bit far from the Mall Road but not too difficult to get there. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was also great.

A good,clean room for the price. European standard
First impressions are deceptive when you arrive, it is a large hotel ! Clean and well appointed, it offers good value for the price, considering similar prices offer so much crap elsewhere in India...... My girlfriend loved the room, ( my opinion is never important) bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean. In-house food is quite acceptable, but only had chinese rice and noodles. In-house taxi to Shimila Mall is 200 rupess, and 10 mins away. Stayed in January 2018, low season but was pleasant....... snow arrived 3 days after we left.... Would go there again.

Hotel location and services
Hotel is on the highway, only private number vehicles are allowed for parking. There is no arrangement for taxi drivers and taxi parking. My driver was denied for parking and even staying in hotel. Food is OK. At the time of breakfast I have to run behind the waiters to remind them about the unavailable food items so that they can replenish from kitchen.

Room was tidy and clean however it lacked the personal touches. No bath mat or hand towels. We were given a room in front of the kids play area even though we didn't have any. It was noisy in the evening. Avoid the restaurant.

Not value for money
The location is bad- on the very busy road leading to Shimla city. It's not a resort in the true sense, just a concrete hotel. Because of the terrain, all floors (5-6 levels) are built below the road level. So you go down the lift to reach your floor. Once in the room, you are kind of locked-in as there is no space to walk around and you need to take the lift to go up and come out on the road. Rooms are clean but you need to call for basic amenities like towels for the bathroom as house keeping and other staff are not well trained. It's a new property with lots of finishing touches required. You can hear noises from other rooms and the corridor. They charge a lot for the rooms (like 4 star rates) but it does not match with the quality offered. Needs strong professionally trained staff.

The hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride from Shimla. We booked a premier room which was well furnished and spacious, probably the largest hotel room I've had in my 6 trips to India. The bathroom was clean, modern and equipped with toiletries. There was plenty of hot water. The room rate, although not cheap, included breakfast and dinner buffets which meant you could eat as little or as much as you liked. Overall, a good experience, no complaints.

View from every room is perfect. Staff are very helpfull and welcoming. I stayed there for three nights. Rooms are clean. New property. Manager Tarun Bakshi was so helpfull any thing u need. They even guide u in right direction to make sure ur trip is hassle free. If u plan to stay in this hotel..give them call before u arrive they will guide on everything. I was in executive room...which made my stay so relax and on my check out date they were so cooperative in regards to late check out. I would recommend any one visting shinla to stay in this place. Only con is the distance from mall road. But it only cost rs300 in taxi.

We arrived at 10 pm and left and 10 am. All we wanted was a safe and relatively clean place with a restaurant. Nothing fancy. And we got it.

Bis auf den Check-In war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung
Bei der Buchung wurde ein Twin-Bed Room mit Extra-Bett für die 3. Person gewünscht/angegeben und mitgebucht. Beides sowie Handtücher und Wasserflaschen für zwei Personen fehlten!! es war jeweils nur für 1 Person vorhanden. Für das Zusatzbett musste man mehrfach bei der Rezeption und House-Keeping anrufen bis es eine halbe Std. nach Betreten des Raumes gebracht wurde!! Und das obwohl es beim Checkin vom Rezeptionspersonal hieß, dass es im gleichen Moment fertig gemacht werden würde. Leider nicht zufriedenstellend (erst recht wenn man ne 6,5 Std Fahrt hinter sich hat). Dann gab es auch nur eine Key-Card für ein DZ mit 3 Personen! Sodass man stets aufeinander angewiesen war. Kartenmangel hin oder her, einfach ein Unding!!
