Great stay
Comfortable stay. There is free shuttle service from ugata station, you need to book it with the hotel via phone. There is a big hall for breakfast with plenty of choices for Japanese n Western menu.

Decent peaceful vacation spot
I really enjoyed this hotel as we booked Japanese style room. The only biggest complaints are the facts that there are only three elevators that we needed to wait for traffic congestion and very limited restaurant options. Other wise, we had decent stay.

温泉も広々としておりとてもいいお湯でした。 夕食も朝食もブュッフェのお料理はどれも工夫されており、見た目にも楽しめ、味もとても美味しかったです！ 温泉のところに準備してある、マンゴーリンゴ酢がとっても美味しく、歩き疲れていた身体が元気になりました！
