our room wasn’t ready just quite yet when we got to the hotel but they soon texted to let us know the hotel was ready. The ladies were super sweet and asked what they could do to make our stay better and I asked for more towels and blankets. Came back to the room and they were on the bed for us!

Everthing about the unit itself was great. My only gripe is the location. There are no shops, restaurants, etc around. Mostly residential. I personally would not walk around there late at night either.
