"booked room for 4 adults. room was fresh and up to date. clean when we first got there. had no housekeeping at all. next day had to go ask for clean towels. old towels stacked up in floor, trash cans full and floor needed some TLC next day which did not happen. i thnk they comped the bill 10% for one night. property well lighted and felt safe. clean outside. "

"Pleasant surprise! I loved the aromatherapy that greeted me upon check-in. Shows they took an extra step. Room was very nice, updated & clean. Quiet climate control & comfy bed. The soap in the bathroom was also an aromatherapy brand that was extra nice. Plenty of linens & trash cans & plug ins. Marketing said continental breakfast but this was a full hot breakfast! Eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, yogurt, fruit, etc. The only reason I have 4 stars is that their new steam table buffet was not working even though the lights said it was. So I don’t blame staff but someone should have been checking temps digitally occasionally. After I pointed it out, staff on hand didn’t respond so I literally had to tell them to toss all the food. I was impressed that they asked what I wanted and they made it for me in the back so I was able to have my protein! Thank you. I will return. "

"Great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean. We did have a problem with the pool and a very inebriated male guest and our teenage girls. It would be great if the staff could check on the pool area maybe every hour, especially late at night. "

"Gravy had way too much water added! Be better if they had a waffle maker instead of the pancake maker! Pancakes were barely bigger than a silver dollar! The rest of the breakfast wasnt bad! Clean amd great staff!"

"We had such an incredible stay from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the staff was genuinely kind, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. It really set the tone for the entire visit. The room itself was comfortable and well kept, and the beds were some of the coziest we have had at a hotel. One feature I did not expect to love as much as I did was how quickly the room temperature adjusted. It made getting comfortable so easy, especially after being out and about. The amenities were just as impressive. The pool was the perfect temperature, and the hot tub was exactly what we needed to relax. Even the breakfast exceeded expectations. It was actually good, which is not always the case with hotel breakfasts. Overall, everything about our stay felt easy, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again."
