Onsen was excellent with different temperatures, sauna as well. Only issue was only frozen food for dinner, bring dinner or eat at the airport. Breakfast was excellent."

"スタッフは一生懸命、施設も新しくとても気持ち良いサービスでしたが、一点だけ残念だったのが、
正面玄関にあった花輪。オープンの時の物がそのままなのでしょうが、完全に枯れてしまっていて、可哀想な状態でした。この気温ではムリもありませんので、片付けてしまわれた方が、印象は良くなるのではないかと感じました。"
